Location-based app for reporting and managing road infrastructure issues like potholes.
Challenge
Road defects were reported in scattered ways, often without exact locations or photos, which made it hard to verify, prioritise and track repairs.
Solution
A location-based mobile app: citizens drop a pin, add a photo and description, and submit a report in seconds. Reports flow into a management view where they can be reviewed, prioritised and tracked to completion.
Result
Reports arrive with accurate locations and photos, so issues can be verified and prioritised faster, and the public can see that problems are being dealt with.
